FS recommendation for first timer

On and off lurker here. I've done HS over the past few years, thinking about trying FS and would appreciate some recommendations. I am inexperienced sexually (i.e., I don't know what I'm doing) so the biggest thing for me is seeing someone who will lead the session and take control. I prefer asian (am open to non-asian), and at least some english would be preferred—I've found it awkward before when everything needs to be translated by phone. In terms of body type I'm not picky; not a fan of enhanced breasts, but honestly so long as they aren't extremely obvious I doubt I'd mind. Looking to spend around $300.
