The video does not show the accident or the damage to the Bugatti.
Almost anyone who drives has felt like him at one time. I had an asshole hit-and-run me. I chased him down and he denied it even though both our cars had the other’s paint on them and both our mirrors were broken. I wanted to choke that bastard.

Winnipeg Police don't like getting involved in anything. They said to take the guy's license plate and as long as I talked to him it was not hit and run. Despite me telling them that he took off after hitting me.
I got a dash cam the day after my "accident", and have thought about getting a rear window one.

Just watching the video, Tracy Morgan reaction doesn't look like the reaction of someone who caused the accident. Anyone who got hit by another car, undoubtedly would get mad... especially if you just bought a 2 million dollar car.... I'd be very mad for a month or two....

The other person involved in the accident has all three categories..... and all she can say is that she is traumatized????
Anyways the truth will eventually come out. I noticed that the report did not do a rear shot of the accident. Or a frontal shot of both vehicles....

I am amazed that some drivers actually passed a drivers exam because you'd never know it by their actions on the road, clueless!
Most people are shitty drivers. We live in an age where multitasking is/was considered a good thing. no wonder people can't drive. They consider it a secondary action to their eating, texting, etc.
It's much too easy to get a license, obviously.
I prefer driving my ugly old truck as people automatically give me space.
That article reminds we of an old saying. People buy their loved ones a Volvo because it's a safe car because an accident is going to happen!
Many drivers think they are good because they rarely in an accident. It's more likely that they never see the carnage of their actions because they never use the rear view mirror to see the consequences of their actions.
