Very bad at replying to txts. Sometimes she will reply a day or 2 later. Not very reliable. Even after setting up an appointment, I stopped hearing from her for a few hours past the appointment and she will apologise few hours later for missing my text. After 2 failed attempts on 2 seperate occasions, I gave up.
