Be warned she's a scammer after alot of digging I found posts from the Vancouver area where her pimp comes in with a gun (perhaps a fake) telling you to leave after money has changed hands.

I just noticed her ad and remembered the same thing. There was a post a few months ago from the lower mainland when someone got a gun pulled on them.
I would avoid this girl!
