that doesnt really make sense business wise. Summer is the peak season, if she only found a place now and gonna spent a couple month renovating it, by the time its completed, its already winter/fall.
On the other hand, i guess, carmen doesnt care about it. She is got some of the hottest girls in town, ppl will line up to see them if incall is available...
