One of the things I would look at was how this will help all Americans.
A- Asylum rules for Immigration tightened... Every person living in the US today (including native American Indians) are all immigrants or descendants of one. These immigrants do all those dirty/unclean jobs, farm labour etc. pretty much make nothing but they contribute alot to lower food prices and some manufacturing. Overall will lead to inflation. Since the end of the cold war, America has been the world's policeman. Also it is one of 7 countries that export arms to the world (the other 7 are all on the UN Security Council, so is the US). So since the end of the cold war, the selling of arms throughout the world, small wars have popped up everywhere; the US is part of the problem that caused these wars etc. So now their borders are flooding with refugees.... To proper burn coal you have to remove sulfur from it; before burning it, that's expensive. the sulfur when burnt produces S02 sulfuric acid.... acid rain. Puts alot of CO2 into the air even more than cars do... great for the environment... aren't we trying to eliminate all that CO2

The good old American business model, go make a good somewhere where its cheap to make (China), and sell it back home at a profit. The US has never let China walk over them. If the WHO was calling the shots everyone in America would have free health care and they would export it to the world. That hasn't happened. As for NATO the US which was paying mostly for NATO, had a big say. Now if the other countries pick up their contributions the US would have less of a say....
