The guys that have lived in absolute fucking poverty all their lives for one. The guy thats never owned shit all his life cause he's just been too busy tryin' to stay alive on the pittance he takes in every month. Not everyone is a 6-figure pooner with the chalet in Whistler and a Benz in the driveway. The world looks a hell of alot different at the other end of the pay scale. Get a clue. The "side effect of poverty" bit doesn't fly with me. Doesn't even come close. Being poor is not the equivalent of being a morally bankrupt mental midget. The majority in New Orleans (including the poor) are simply struggling and trying to ASSIST their neighbours rather than rob them. You can't blame the character flaws at work here on a person's tax bracket.
