Seattle's Stars at Stanley Park .... September 4th, 2005
The Vancouver Rowing Club.
As a pre-congress teaser, we have invited some of Seattle's best talent, Johnny Bravo and the Bravos de la Rumba Dance Co, to teach and perform!
At 8:00pm, Johnny Bravo will teach two Congress-themed mini-workshops:
8:00-8:30pm - Salsa Footwork (All Levels)
8:30-9:00pm - Combinations, Bravo-Style (Int/Adv)
These workshops are FREE with paid admission, and will give you a taste of what to expect in October at the Vancouver International Salsa Congress.
At 10:00pm, we will have performances by the Bravos de la Rumba Dance Co, as well as Johnny & Sveta's solo performance.
All this, plus music by Seattle's DJ Victor, who rocked the Rowing Club on the May Long Weekend with his amazing Latin sounds.
