Have been upping my gnocchi game for an upcoming event. I must say, I'm getting quite good at making super fluffy (and not gummy) little pieces of heaven. Here I served them with local grape tomatoes and chevre tossed in browned butter and sage sauce. Yum yum yum! Did I mention that they're also gluten free (for all my celiac friends)?
