I just cooked up a nice round steak I had been marinating in soy, worcheshire sauce, garlic, and juice of one lemon, and zest of half the lemon for about 15 hours.

Maybe not better than sex, but came a close second.

Sooo tender you could pull it apart with a fork. I am sated.

If you have to marinate it, it's not steak.

xxxbrian is right. If you want tender, pick a thick tenderloin. If you want juicy and tender take a thick prime rib and either should not be served much above body temperature. Chose them thick so they don't get overdone.

Trust me, with the right marinade, and time.. you can turn any cut of steak into something super tender. Just don't use pineapple or kiwi, or you'll get mush.

And yes it was nice and pink all the way through.. cause like all guys, I like pink.

I don't know. a nice flank steak properly marinated and grilled to medium rare is as good or better than any tenderloin. (although not as good as tenderLION).

LOL, funny this post should come up now. I just got back from a fantastic dinner at Nello's. I sliced my finger open on a muscle shell though so now I'm off to the hospital to see about some stitches. Well worth it though... the lobster tagliatelle (sp?) was divine! The muscles were worth some stitches too. I dunno if it was as good as sex, but pretty close I must say.

Nello himself bandaged me up so that I could finish dinner... now that's service!

Food is almost better than sex, but I can go a week without eating.

The most euphoric food experience I've ever had was at a restaurant called Le Kliff, it was an open air place built right into a cliff.
You could watch the free diving fishermen from your table and the sunset was spectacular.
The shrimp was sooo good it almost melted in your mouth and you're right Jim, the look on my wife's face was quite a turn on.
2 bottles of wine, another order of shrimp and we couldn't keep our hands off each other, the whole experience was such an aphrodisiac that it led to one of the most passionate nights we ever had.
Hmmm, maybe food is better than sex....whenever we relate that story she always remembers the shrimp the fondest, for me it was the dessert.
