FMTY Pool "Sponsor a Tour"

I have noticed some SP's offer an FMTY or Sponsor a Tour type of option.

I saw a discussion somewhere about 5-10 guys agreeing to each pay a certain amount towards a deposit to get an SP to their area.

Curious to see who here on this forum would ever be down to enter a tour "pool" as a way to persuade an SP outside of their area to come out their way.
It would be an initial deposit amount each individual would be responsible for. It would be a guarantee that the SP would come, not just some tip that you'd part ways with if for some reason she doesn't end up coming.

Question also is, where abouts is your local area, and who would you want to pay towards touring in your area?

While I love the idea, I can't imagine getting enough people to commit money to something like this. There will be 1001 replies saying they're all interested but when the time comes to commit money and time to it, you'll get nothing but bird chirps.

I live in Flakecouver, and I'm in utter amazement when someone in my civy life appears at something we committed to. It'll be cold day in hell before I see this level of commitment from a group of pooners in this day and age.

A group of guys doing a FMTY.... sounds creepy...as in serial killer creepy.
Unless you know at least 2 of them personally. Wait sometime serial killers have sidekicks.....so know at least 3 of them.

Guys just fly to that sp's city and engage her as per normal. extra cost flight and hotel for you...

Well, no, cause in this case there are deposits involved, i.e. a paper trail, cause each individual is responsible for sending out their own deposit for their own alloted time that they'd have for a session. This is less FMTY and more of a sponsor a tour, which is also a thing.

That’s an interesting concept. I think most ladies just do this on their own though.

If we decide we are going to tour a place, or if we are trying to determine whether or not, we will, we put our feelers out, and take deposits for all the meetings. I think that’s pretty standard protocol.

If we don’t end up with enough deposits, we just return the ones we have received. I thought that’s how everybody did it all the time. Is that not the case?
