Interesting observation, iluvclam. I've seen Alexa out in Richmond. What makes you think Nicole Green is Alexa? Is it the similar stats? I can't tell myself but it's certainly possible.

I checked and I concur with iluvclam. The pictures look very, very similar to Alexas'. I think it's her as well.
