A way to justify in your mind the idea of not harshly judging every new notch on your belt. (if you have enough clients, you will encounter just about every element of humanity you ever fathomed - most of them will be tolerable too, even if you don't want to rush home and tell your high school classmates that you did such men)
Develop a knack for taking control of the intimate scenario. You're the one with the goods he wants, so you get to 'control' what happens, when it happens, and for how long it happens. If he isn't happy with that, the next guy will pay you the same donation and the line to see you will always be there AS LONG AS you are a sincere and honorable person beneath the desirable curves and naughty-seeming facade.
Finally, recite in your mind that there simply WILL be bad Johns at times, and observe that you will have to make a special effort to be sure that a bad experience one hour will not impact the service you offer the next client.

If you are not comfortable offering something that seems very common (like bbbj) then let your caller know your restrictions right away to avoid any miscommunication. Cbj is just as common and no one will have a problem if that is what you offer. Just never say okay to something on the phone that you are going to say no to in person.
