Choopy, I am sure you can find the domme of your dreams. Your interests appear sufficiently mainstream that they would fit within the service range of many lovely domme's--too many to start throwing out recommendations. So I would suggest surfing domme ads and web-sites, see which ones get you excited. Then contact one or two about your particular interests. I am told by dommes that they do like to understand what you are looking for, and they often try to adapt their sessions to hit your schwing points, but also inject their own creativity. Win-win. Also, you have done a nice job articulating your cravings, and admitting that you are a first timer, so you are off to a great start. You may or may not find your ideal domme the first time out, so be prepared to try again if you only get part of your itch scratched with your first session. I got a lot of itches that take a lot of sessions (grinz).
