First time nuru

I was thinking of trying nuru and was wondering if it is better to do an hour or thirty minutes.

i wud say an hr is a bit long, 30 min feels short, 45 min is perfect. but if ur comparing only 30min vs 1hr i wud say 1hr. but there's also price difference 1hr is too expensive. try 30 min first and then nxt time go for an hr
