This is a classic case of performance anxiety. The “problem” is all in your mind. Take it slower next time and try and calm your mind. If the sensation is too strong, stop briefly, change your focus to something else in the room, or even switch up positions to help you control the sensation and calm down a bit.

I’m in the same age range and my suggestions, based on what has worked for me, are (1) tell her beforehand that you would like to pop more than once (msog) and make sure she includes that, (2) Book a longer session. That takes some of the mental pressure off you if you pop quickly and makes things more comfortable (if I’m going for multiples I usually book 90 to 120 minutes), (3) spend your recovery time giving some pleasure and that usually helps you as well, and (4) you can tilt the odds in your favour by getting the little blue pill.

Also pick someone well reviewed. You can just ask for suggestions here for a patient lady who meets your criteria.
