Why persist in posting, in the face of haters?
Wow brother,
Take it, you're not into "spreading the wealth and reaping the joy" through traveling hobbyism?
Not a big fan of detailed reports, eh? And reading about how much fun someone else is having rubs you the wrong way?
I specifically asked guys like you to ignore my posts. Please do—rather than trying to demoralize me.

Should I persist in posting reviews of all my 26 days in the Philippines? Surely no one in their right mind would read it all.
Here are my thoughts on this right now:
1. I think I still have some first-hand info to share—along with some meaty encounters—that the occasional brother might find useful or encouraging.
2. Frankly, it's giving me enormous pleasure to reminisce and relive my Philippines experience.
3. I started this project of typing out pooner-related parts of my diary, and I usually finish projects I start.
4. Having a handy printout of my Philippine experience—in PERB's nice formatting!—may just add to my momentum in seeking out similar adventures in the future.
So, my friends, I've decided to persist. Here goes the DAY 7 review...
COMMENT I WANTED TO MAKE ON A POST I READ LAST NIGHT, SINCE DELETED BY THE MOD:Thread pruned of a bunch of hijacking and drama. Last warning. Next time is one week vacations from PERB to get the message across. There are ignore functions and more fundamental self control you can exercise here. If you don't like it, don't read it. If you have posted your disagreement once, that is sufficient, harping on the OP or indulging in personal attacks will result in infractions and bans.
