So I booked an incall with this person I saw on LL, the ad seems legit, she has a LL verification tic along with her holding a piece of paper that says “LeoList”, thing is I’m not too sure about how the whole process goes, like do I have to buzz in the code and go straight up? Could this be dangerous??

Yes. Don't knock. The lady will open the door as you approach. She can see you through the eye glass on the door. At least that is the usual routine I've encountered.

I think one thing I like to follow is that if you have doubts about a listing/incall, better not to go ahead with it. I had been with someone a couple of months back and she gave me very sus vibes. It wasn't a pleasant experience even though she was legit.

Okay, I finally have a chance to type this out. This is your first outting and you've kind of decided to do it the hard way.
On a review board with plenty of reviews on reputable ladies, you've decided to choose an unreviewed shop, with an unreviewed girl, who didn't arrive yet on the day of your appointment. Yes the photos are verified, but the ad has a phone number with an area code to Toronto. What you are doing is called TOFT (taking one for the team). I want to steel you for the very likely possibility you've been scammed, or at the very least will be bait and switched.
If everything works out congratulations! I hope you had a great time, please let us know how it went. But if the time comes and you don't get the details like address, buzzer code, or apartment, cut your losses and go through the reviews of girls who have a good reputation on this board and see one of them instead.

I disagree with this. I have done deposits with 4 different SPs and never had an issue.
Create a random email address for the etransfer.
I always done my research, and picked reputable reviewed members here.
That said, what’s the worst that could happen? If I had given a $60-100 deposit and got ghosted n scammed, I’m out 60-100 and a waste of my time. A real pissoff. Not really a big deal.

It could be more than $100 if you're not careful. It's hard to think straight when the blood has already rushed to your penis.
Well certainly you send only the deposit amount that you can swallow, AND You don’t pay by etransfer when you arrive to get in! lol. If you get that request on arrival you have officially been scammed and it’s time to walk away from your deposit. If you’re lucky they sent you to a building that has agency girls and you can just hop on to AF or Daynight or Dimsum or whatever agency to find a quick substitute to spend that wad of cash on!
