BadgerJohn: The soap opera continues.
Hi Gentlemen. I'm a newbie and am looking forward to writing a review on my date tomorrow with Sasha St. Claire. Are there standard rating guidelines on numerical scoring that I have to follow? Anything I have to look out for to balance the subjective with something objective? Thanks.
Ok. I don’t know if anyone else can see what I’m seeing here but here goes...Sorry but this is a long one…
My, my, my. So many posts. So many denials. Pardon the slight misquote from that famous Shakespeare line : "Methinks that
BadgerJohn doth protest too much”. If
BadgerJohn is occasionally referred to in abbreviated form as BJ then
badgersean can also be referred to in abbreviated form as BS and I’m calling BS on all his crap.
Here’s why. First of all, best to start from the beginning with this recent posting by the new member called
badgersean. I think these are fair questions and some things just don't add up.

The members (me included) offered sincere advice to, I’m a `newbie’
badgersean. Help wanted on standard rating guidelines, numerical scoring etc, etc, on an upcoming date with an SP named
Sasha St. Claire. Sasha, as most of us are already aware, has positive reviews and all Mr. Newbie really had to do was check. But ok, we helped. Good advice came in to help from more than a dozen or so members. Then I read
Miss Melody’s doubting post and
CorriGuy’s curious observation on this `oddly familiar writing style’. Plus
borko’s suspicions on the similar choice of the `newbies’s handles and
VanCowboy’s wikapedia comparison.
Seems others were thinking the same as me. Such an interesting topic I thought I’d check further and slowly the lights went on.
The `newbie’
badgersean’s review on
Miss Sasha St. Claire showed up the next day and low and behold, WOW,..it sure as hell didn’t read anything like a new guy’s rookie posting. In fact it looked extraordinarily familiar.
Like
borko suspected, I did too. A writing style, much like your signature, is very hard to disguise. Like a literary fingerprint. It definitely read in ways like something I’d seen a number of times before so I had a look at other reviews/posts by
BadgerJohn and interestingly enough the writing styles are remarkably similar to the `newbie’…
badgersean.
Then just by chance I came across this review on
Autumn 0023. It was posted way back at the beginning of January. Over a month ago. She’s had (
how shall I put this delicately) somewhat less than stellar reviews in the recent past and here, magically, is this well detailed, absolutely glowing review of Autumn, by Hmmm,…by another New Member called
shagadelic.
Note: Shagadelic with one G not two.
Again to be clear. I came across this
Autumn 0023 review just by chance and at this point it had zero to do with either
BadgerJohn or b
adgersean yet when I read it, and the subsequent back-and-forth conversations with
tantalizeme and
Man Mountain, the writing again looked abnormally familiar. Immediately under that Autumn post was a reply from the REAL
shaggadelic.
The real shag has two G’s and has been a member since 2010. Next followed a confirmation request from
nerdburger to the fake shag (shag with one G) asking for another review. So far the shag (shag with one G) has yet to reply.
Now today I see that
BadgerJohn has replied to that
Autumn 0023 post. WTF? Why? I have no idea. What would motivate him to pull up this obscure thread? There’s nothing significantly attention grabbing. It’s simply titled
Autumn 0023.Could he also be the fake shag? Very odd. Interestingly, the last one to comment on this thread was
nerdburger almost 2 weeks prior on Jan 19 so the thread was pretty much dead. Buried’ way down the list. Buried under two pages or about 30 other threads when I came across it yesterday.
By this seemingly odd coincidence,
BadgerJohn replies to it today thereby bumping it back into the mainstream. Defending his
badgersean/ BadgerJohn fiasco. Since no one pulled it up and no one made any mention of it, and no one made any writing comparison of this glowing
Autumn 0023 review/post how is it that
BadgerJohn knew about it. Knew where to find it. No one else knew about it. The writing style was almost a mirror image of his but why bring attention to it. Why dig it out?
He claims to see only PERB SP advertisers. The classy, high end ladies and looking at his many posts, that’s apparently what he does. Why on earth, would he out of the blue, decide to look up
Autumn 0023 anyway. For what purpose. She’s on ErsList. Not a PERB advertiser. As I said, the post/thread was well buried when I found it. You’d have to do a search for this posting and yes, have a reason to search.
Why am I doing this? Many curious questions without logical answers .
I just don’t think it’s fair to take advantage of some of the good members on here, asking faux advice, pretending to be some green rookie, pretending to be something you’re not, all for the sole purpose of shilling. Sasha doesn’t need a shill. It probably hurts more than helps.
I think however, based on the above, my suspicions now lean more toward,
BadgerJohn/ badgersean are both one and the same person. It’s not that hard to acquire a second IP address for shilling purposes if you’re so inclined but why do it at all. Makes absolutely no sense.
Lastly: I wonder,..does (one G)
shagadelic, badgersean and
JohnnyP86 (another one post
Johnny, or is it
John, showing glowing support of Autumn 0023) have the same IP address? Curiously, none of these guys have responded nor posted since.
I wonder if any of them will resurface.
