fines and penaltie points? license suspended?

hey guys, since last summer august, i've gotten 3 tickets. 2 speeding tickets and 1 unsafe lane change ticket. i got a letter in the mail for 1 speeding ticket and 1 unsafe lange change ticket with points it comes to just about $500. i got a speeding ticket 3 weeks ago i guess it hasnt been processed yet. what i wanted to know is with a class 5 license how many points can you get before it gets suspended? and what happens if i dont pay the fines right away? my license expires in 2013. thanks.

thanks ....very helpful i couldnt seem to find if my license is gonna be suspended on there, a friend of mine got a few tickets and they suspended him for 90 days but hes got a class 7 N license.

Actually the new rule is after two speeding tickets you will be suspended. Very likely the ICBC will demand you to surrender your driver license soon.If you are lucky ,your second speeding ticket was issued after your birthday this year. Then they will only count you as one speeding ticket this year. So to speak the 12 months period start from your birthday this year to next year birthday.

Last year my son was still carrying his N sign, he was suspended for 3 months after 1 speeding ticket!
