I've been a long time lurker here on perb but I had such a great time with Fay @ BOA that I was moved to write a favourable review.

First off the person on the phone, Rickie I gather from here, was incredibly helpful. Would have been potentially tricky to find the place if not for the detailed texts, etc. If it had been *any* business, I'd be seriously impressed with the level of customer service.
