what does that mean?

I get the province online, I just went there to get a link to the article you asked about and this is what I found:

MJ, one of two things. Thats an attempt at humour, and its astonishingly lame. Or, you are so desperately in need of attention that you are attempting to incite a flame war at every opportunity. Either way, very sad. Based on your past posts, I'm betting on the latter.
Anyhow, Shawn, the pacific press 'improved' their website (hence the reason for the earlier message I got when I went there, they were busy making things 'better', complete with pop-ups) and I cant figure out how to post a link without posting all my info. Sorry, I tried.

My humor was lame but your question was just as lame. When you are surfing the web or what not and go and visit a particular website website and you get an error message what do you think it is? The website or your computer??? I'm no computer guy, but it's pretty obvious it's the site.

I have reviewed on this site before MustangJoe. Like I said, I spend most of my time out of town, that is why my online subscription to the Province Ran out. This is the lounge isn't it, this is not the Escort or Massage section. Anyways thank you to everybody who tried to help out.
