If you've found a picture on the Internet - right click it and close "copy image location" from the menu. On the top of the message posting box, there is globe/camera, envelope, globeX, picture frame, video strip and text balloon. Click the picture frame to post a picture - Click the video strip to post a video, past the URL that you got when you copied the image location into the box that is now on your screen.

The picture or video has to be available on the internet.
