Last few visits to Famous were similar for me when it came to time left in the appointment - this place has been hit and miss lately. Sometimes the massage isn’t great, lady could be a bit rude, and I’ve even made reservations for an hour (in advance) only to be told they can do half an hour upon arrival. Maybe they’ve been switching talent, or perhaps there’s just a disconnect with communication sometimes idk what it is. I also find the manager routinely knocking on the door to be a bit disturbing - it just ruins the vibe.

I’ve had good experiences at Famous but honestly they need to pick a side - are you an established massage place, or a decentralized quick rub and tug with extras? My last few experiences make me feel like it’s the latter with the way I’ve been leaving drenched in oil after a semi decent massage.
Agreed, I've been here a lot since they first opened and it's been largely hit or miss for at least the last 6 months.

I saw Hana last week. Paid for an hour bodyslide with Bj finish since she had some decent reviews here already.

Massage was really quite good to be honest. Then she started BJ. Which lasted about 30-45 seconds. then she said "Handjob" i was like, ummm, ok.

Then after the finish she cleaned up and was about to leave the room. I looked at the time as it felt short. Sure enough there should have been 20 minutes left in the appointment. I asked politely if it was over or more massage. She said I could either have a shower, or more massage but not both. The shower time counted in the booking time. This was not a miscommunication as her English is quite good, this is directly what she told me verbally. I've never been told this before. I didn't want to be covered in oil, but also don't agree that's correct. I've been to a few massage places, including Famous a handful of previous times, and the shower time has never been included in the booking time before.

I went and had a shower and text the manager that the time was shorted.
The attendant and manager were scrambling to try and figure it out and it was quite awkward. I wasn't upset or angry with them, I just explained to them I didn't agree it was right.
I ended up just walking out without a refund or any compensation while they both talked & tried to find money in the back for a refund presumably.

I understand taking little shortcuts, but this wasn't a little shortcut. 20 minutes is 1/3 of the time I paid for.
If Famous doesn't want me to be there and doesn't respect my money, then I will accept their view and not go there.

To be honest during the massage I thought maybe I found a new regular attendant until she leaves town. Her massage was very good, she was pleasant and we chatted etc.
But as I left I was reminded that unfortunately guys like me are only treated with pleasantries until our bank accounts are drained to the maximum of their capabilities, then we are no longer needed.
I have decided I will not be returning to Famous, as I don't enjoy being reminded of the feeling of being taken advantage of financially. It is not a pleasant feeling.

We responded to your request at the time, not as you said, and we were still discussing how to refund you when you left.

Maybe this is what Hana told you. Your account of things is only partially correct.

I was told I could get the $10 refund, but she didn't have a $10 bill on her. She asked me for change and I told her I didn't have change to break presumably a $20. As I mentioned in my original review I was waiting around while you and her talked in another language and scrambled around trying to find $10 in the back. Long enough I felt very awkward about the situation and just decided to walk out the door. I didn't care about the $10.

The money was not what was important to me. The attempt to short a customer is what was important to me. And I wanted you to know that I don't think that doing that is acceptable.

Much like complain and sending food back at a restaurant, I am also not interested in receiving a massage from an angry attendant after I complain about the service and had already showered.

Sorry, I just wanted to clear that up. I have no reason to lie. I don't go to massage places to get stressed out or get angry at anyone.

But I also don't go anywhere to get ripped off. So I will not be returning to Famous.

I also seen Hana. Nothing but an amazing time with her. She is beautiful. Nothing should be expected for free, you have to pay for ”options”. Tip the girls, no refund! If you don’t like, then don’t go back.

Nothing was expected for free when I saw Hana, Tex. But, what I paid for I believe was a reasonable expectation.
The manager confirmed in her post that I was shorted time. It is a fact.
Based on your comments I don't believe you read or fully understand my review. So I'll outline a couple things for you that you seem to have missed.

I left without receiving a refund by my own choice, and I clearly stated a refund is not why I raised concerns. But it should have been given based on the facts.
I posted my review, and mentioned this issue to the manager, so they can up their game and stop taking advantage of customers. Offer honest service.
It's about right and wrong.
When you pay for something, you should receive what you paid for at minimum. If not, then certainly a tip will not also be given.

This is a review board. Good or bad. This is the point of the forum.
You are welcome for my honest review and opinion. Take it for whatever its worth to you.
Sometimes it's tough to hear negative reviews. I don't want to write them either.
But we should all be striving to be the best we can, and honest. That's fair right?

Hopefully we will see some honest and more thorough reviews from you in the future.
I'm sure Famous would appreciate if you were to provide a more in detailed review of Hana.
You can change the tone of this thread and contribute to the forum. it's a great opportunity, right now.

Why?
Just post your own review. and the people can make a more informed decision themselves with all the information provided.
Don't bother wasting time arguing. supply facts backed by real accounts of what you have experienced. be useful.

The thing is people are always Far more likely to post negative reviews than positive, as has been proven by countless studies. I suspect even more so in the field generally.

Now that doesn't give anyone the right to try and totally invalidate a negative experience like yours, because of their own positive ones.

Totally agree with redfox on this point. People will take the time to write a negative review while 20 other happy customers wont take the time to write a positive review. Every business industry battles with this. I can't speak for anyone but myself but have to say each time i have gone to famous its been a fantastic experience. I used to go to lotus when they were the only game in town but famous has been my go to for a year now. Hana and Ivy were both excellent while they were here. Of course there were some I liked more than others but each time i have gone the girls have been cute, friendly and give great massages. I am seeing one of the new girls tomorrow. Will report back how it went.

Seen Kenya today awsome massage and beautiful girl pics are accurate always a little different in person but definitely worth visiting her she's easy going speaks perfect English 10 out of 10 for me boys. Highly recommend seeing her. !!!

I have been to famous multiple times and I would say my experience was always positive. Sometime it was exceptional like Sasha and Kenya other time it was good.
Saw Kenya few days ago , if you are into African she is a worth trying . She got great ass, and super smooth skin( always with African). Speaks perfect English.
