Walk, obviously.
And not to sound harsh but, next time recognize a fake ad. If they can't even spell the name of the city properly and it looks too good to be true, then it's definitely a scam.

There is always tons of fake/bait and switch ads, but luckily they are very very easy to spot🤷‍♂️

I sent a txt to all of those ads and received the same info from every #. It was an obvious bait & switch, do a little leg work and you'll save yourself time/money/disappointment.
