Here are my thaughts on the subject:

Some surgeons do an excellent job with implants. eg. Many thought that the infamous Morgan had real breasts. Nope! Dakota, who shows up here every once in a while had an incredible boob job. Emma/Sara also had implants that were hard to tell were not real.

However, most that I have felt feel rock hard and unnatural, and if I know or think that a pair of breasts are hard as rocks, or look unnatural, then I will not make a date with that SP, no matter how well she gets reviewed. I feel that strongly about it.

Paige makes some very good agruements against implants... from the woman's perspective. Others have pointed out that a pair of firm D's are a delight to both hold and look at. As you said above, "Don't fix what ain't broke."

Innitially they shrink!!

When a women get her implants the shrinking decreases times X6,and then the real size is there after a 6 months..so therefore some get them re-augmented ,but I know it is covered by canadian medical to have them removed once a person is old enough(because I seen it)..., a person wants what they can't have...I would of never had it done.The lucky part is I still have the sensitivity ...I love the naturelle "LOOK" of a women...Truth be told Chantal PS Skin adjustes if your 9 months prego...a "belly goes back to normal..same with the titiies"Pam"had her's done twice to bigger to smaller..

Keep the real ones (especially if they're already 36C's). I can only speak for myself, but I'm always put off by fake ones, and if they look fake in the picture I never call.

Keep Them

If your boobs are as big as you say! Then keep them. Don't throw away money on surgery you will probably want reversed later. I say get a house, put your money away, invest in something other than boobs! Good investments will pay off much better in the end.

I am a self confessed boob man, I like any and all shapes.

If you feel that you want bigger, and you have the cash to make it happen (good jobs are between $4-$6 K) then go for it.

I've never heard a man complain that a woman he's been with had fake boobs. If the surgeon does a good job, no man will notice. Watch for HARD implants, these can show a slight ripple on the side of the breasts.

Outside of that, can't wait to see the pics, bikini and au naturel!

you are crazy . Natural is almost alwasy best. Do a seach, this topic was covered recently.

Basically, fake look best when covered, but when the clothes come off natural almost always looks better, they certainly feel better.

Rain, darling, please please please do not get implants! TJ has it absolutely right. Natual is almost always best. I have never felt a enhancement job that felt right. Even the really good ones still feel off.

Plus, there is the bounce factor. A natural boob bounces, moves, and jiggles. I love cowgirl for this reason. I love watching a nice pair of boobs and the way they bounce in this position. I love watching them move and forth and side to side in mish. Implants just don't move right.

Personally, I think a pair of 36D's on a girl your height is perfect.

Rain, if you want to get implants i suggest the cohesive gel for a little more money. I got mine done a month and a half ago, and i was nervous and second guessing myself until surgery day. Now i can't be happier, I went from a B cup to a D (although they will shrink). Might as well go make a couple consultations and find a really good surgeon, it doesnt hurt since you have to wait a year too book for surgery anyways gives you lots of time to think. I went under the muscle it gives them a more natural look and mine are very soft, when I'm laying on my back they kind of sink back into my pits. All my repeat clients weren't crazy about the idea when I told them, but I get no complaints now lol. Good luck with your decision.
