Well hello there boys...and girls....I have a question for you all.... Do you like real breasts or fake ones better? I am slightly considering getting a boob job, but I am still a little unsure. What do you think? My boobs are a natural 36D...
and not saggy at all... but for some reason I want really big ones? Am I crazy?.......Your feedback will be greatly appreciated..Thank you...

I like implants, especially when compared to a pair of saggy breasts. But if yours are already Ds and not saggy, I'd stick with them. Wait till they sag then do surgery.

I have almost as much with beautiful implants as I do with beautiful natural breasts. But I never have fun with saggies... I had a GF with saggy B's and I touched them maybe 5 times in the year I was with her. And I never put my mouth near them either.

Now I am dating a woman with C/D size implants and her tits give me an erection every time. The surgeon did a great job. She was lucky that they kept from getting too firm too.

I you've got D cups that aren't sagging then I'd say letting a plastic surgeon near them (at least with a sharp object) is JUST WRONG! Being a fan of the strippers, I've seen a few girls who have really nice augmented boobs but I've seen a lot more who look silly when they take their top off. IMHO do nothing to your boobs until you feel you have to...then get the best surgeon you can find and do the absolute minimum needed to get them looking high and firm again... but after all its your body and my opinion (or anyone else's) shouldn't count for much if anything. If you're going to throw away $20,000 +/- ($10K to put them in + $10K to remove them later), then buy a sailboat. At least you'll get more exhiliration out of it, than trying to treat the backpain you will have to put up with over time, from carrying all that extra load. In engineering terms, we call boobs a dynamic cantilevered load, which creates an exponential moment the further out you extend it. In other words, it's a foolish albeit vain procedure with highly questionable results.

I would have read this before I got mine and you would have had a fight on your hands. Now well I tend to agree, I got mine last year and Im far from happy I got them, I do think there done awsome, not firm and have some sag to them. What I didnt realize was the extra weight on my back, with that weight you send not to be as active so you put some extra weight on your ass too. Being on Top forget it, more work than enjoyable because there bouncing all over and you loose any rythem you might have had. Get a lift when they start to sag, any implant your going to get is gonna make your boobs sag! You really have to think about 30 years from now and a few sets of implants, I hear they cant put in the same size and you have to go bigger.
Im still the same person as I was before them, I didn't change. I have meet a few girls that it seemed to change but it was only for the worst, you couldnt talk to them because they were too intrested in tweekin there own saying boobies look I have boobies.
