Someone put some work into this fake. I checked with the boys in Victoria, who know the real Jamie, and this ad is a fake with stolen reviews as well as stolen pics. One pic gets a hit on TineEye, o/w the pics must be buried deep on the Internet.

Not sure what is going on here. Google the phone # leads to Chinese want-ads in Vancouver; if you don't get Mia you can always ask about the iPod or the iPhone 11 he's selling. They may even work!

One pic traces to an LL account page, which now has a different set of pics, different phone#s and is listed under Anna, a well-reviewed Lower Mainland Asian SP. So there may be something legit about this

A Nfld phone#. The ad has the same wording as another ad in TO, with different pics, name, age and phone#. Asian scammers use a white LL poster with a red line across the middle, the top is left blank to photoshop in a name.

From the TO ad:
