I wonder if an exception for Fake Ad threads is warranted. I'm honestly not completely sure; there are probably implications I haven't thought through entirely. But, it does seem to place the onus on the poster to demonstrate where the pictures were stolen from (which seems to be the nature of the scam in 99% of cases).
