I am looking to have some facial repairs done to my skin but I am unsure what route to go. Does anyone have advice for this in Vancouver.

Bukkake works wonders from what I've heard.
Hahahahaha, no, I don't think so.

I know my accupuncturist has face rejuvenation package.
So I think accupuncture/accupressure works.

If you re looking for something to put on the skin, night cream of Ishima brand sold by Guerlain appaearently good.
It's a cosmetic brand that widely used by Japnaese Airline (JAL or ANA) flight attendants.
I was thinking to start using it when I reached 40.

Take care of yourself from the inside out. Drink plenty of water, take plenty of fish oil, get plenty of rest and exercise and you'll always look younger than your age. I laugh at some of these people who spend a fortune trying to reverse the aging process and yet the other half of the fortune is spent on cigarettes, hard liquor, processed foods and vacations where entire days are spent baking poolside. It's an uphill battle even after spending money on skincare if a person does not have healthy habits.

I like this advice.
Skin shows your lifestyle and inner balance more than anything else.
Not consuming smoke, booze, drugs.... Is the easiest way to get good skin.
Also, not using make-up is pretty important if you are a girl.
(If you do, try Koren BB cream before applying foundation. It is amazing)

You can blow a lot of money on a lot of dubious and potentially harmful treatments as most clinics are simply in it for the money and do cookie cutter procedures with little to no professional assessment. Imo worth it to go to a high end clinic where you're examined by a dermatologist, not just a gp, nurse or spa grad. Example, my derm told me never to have microdermasion as my skin is too sensitive but another clinic (run by doctors) offered it to me in a package with a ipl treatments & just shrugged when i declined. I also know someone who went to a popular clinic and got burns on his face from laser treatments. Not to mention all the spock eyebrows, trout pouts, plasticky skin & too white/perfect veneers.

Less is more. When you can see 'the work' it's aging & freaky. And if you're under 40, an inexpensive simple (chemical free) skincare plan & a healthy lifestyle are all (anyone) really needs. Holistic care is best.
