FaceTime / Skype video live

Just kind of curious. Has anyone out there had a good experience with the few advertised Sexy FaceTime or Skype? I did try once and of transferred $45 and never received anything. Hence ripped off. I think it could be pretty enjoyable if it worked out. Any insight on this would be appreciated.
