I have been spending lots of time with facebook since my ex-girlfriend and old friends found me there. It is very nice to connect with my old friends, but feel like I am spending way too much time now. I also notice the new facebook format is somewhat annoying. It is also possible SPs can find me in facebook since some know my real name. Should I close the account for a while?

The " Social Network " movie about how Facebook started is coming out this weekend. 26-year old Facebook billionaire founder Mark Zuckerberg wasn't portrayed as a very good guy in the said movie so he decided to look good in public by pledging US$ 100 Million to the Public School System of Newark NJ. Whatever motive Zuckerberg had in suddenly orchestrating a serious PR campaign that included Oprah and donating the big sum will never be known but the biggest winner will be the deserving kids of Newark NJ. 
Looks like a big box office hit this coming weekend. Remember, 500 Million friends. Wall Street 2 brought in the 30 and over crowd last weekend, Social Network will bring in the Generation Y & Z.

I've never given my full name out to SPs, I do use my first name. I've actually been asked point blank once by an SP, "So, what's your real last name?", I was stunned by the question. I was like do I make one up or just tell her, and I think she realized it was a strange question cause she changed the subject and said "Oh, I understand, the privacy thing"..I was thinking of saying You tell me yours and I'll tell you mine. I was dumbfounded though, why would you ask me my real last name?
