Your best bet for best quality massage plus what you are looking for would be yuki
Since you're progressing beyond your handle, why not visit one of the four agencies in town? One of them, SVIP, actually advertises massage sessions, so I'm sure you would also be able to get a massage when you book a half hour or more FS visit. In fact, all agency girls can give you a massage to start the session.
In other cities, such as Vancouver and Edmonton, you have MP's (parlours) that provide full service. One example is Great Pharaoh in Vancouver, with mainly Caucasian providers. I'm not big on massage, so when I went there I asked to go right to the action (HJ, CBJ, FS). It was not unlike a good straightforward visit at SU in Vic, for example. People in Victoria are fortunate to have four incall agencies within close proximity of each other. I enjoyed them when I lived there. I will be moving to Edmonton soon, which has many MP's (not AMP, fortunately) scattered around the city that provide massage/FS.
Lastly, there's no difference between full service with a massage lady (Yuki was mentioned here) or with an "escort" at an agency, unless you prefer a table to a bed.
There are several ladies here at CCE who are trained in massage, and can provide a great therapeutic session as part of a full service call.
