I'm just wondering what other people do but typically I always add MSOG and CIM if they aren't already included in the time I spend but I rarely get MSOG and CIM happens maybe 1/4 of the time. Do you all just prepay for this in case you want to go for it or do you pay the basic rate and then if you do something extra you add it on or if you are feeling like you are able to go for a second round then you ask for it and add that on? If any SP's want to chime in I would love to hear from your perspective too!

If something's not on the menu and I want to do it then I'll prepay for it. If it's MSOG and I'm not able to MSOG then I view it as my tip for the session.
If it's an extra such as CIM /COF / COB, then I'll confirm with the sp when we meet that:
