Interesting. The first question that popped into my head when I saw yer pic was, is that something you just picked off of the web, or did you personally take the photo?
my SO has a nice perky set and has discussed doing this exact same thing with me. Unfortunately though, I think one could run into some trouble with the law doing this? Or could they? I seem to recall something about topless actually being decriminalized recently.

I took it. If you do something voyeuristic (ie: without the knowledge of the subject), then its illegal. If you do something to expose someone's privacy even if they have your consent to take the picture (but it was supposed to be private), that could also be a problem though I don't know if it would actually be illegal.
