I'm not saying he's telling the truth but there are many situations where SP's see established regular clients for less than their going rate. Especially if the guy sees them a few times a month.
4 -5 years ago I had 2 ladies I'd see regularly.
One "retired" who still saw me for some extra cash and another who we just really hit it off and enjoyed each other's company.
Both ladies would see me for significantly less than their advertised rate because they felt they were getting something out of it as well. For them, who did not have SO's, it was a nice social visit with a good friend and some great sex thrown into the mix. We'd often hook up for 3 or 4 hours in the afternoon, get some take out, chat, have a couple of drinks, etc.
As one told me, it was alot better than hanging out at the Norwood on Friday night just to get her urges satisfied and if she made an extra hundred or so that was a bonus.
