Craigslist is just too sketchy...I suggest checking out erslist to see if this gal double-posted. Might get a name and more info..maybe even a "verification". Of course, that would be too easy ;-)
So, at this point I`m just wondering if you still haven`t figured out how to do an image search yet? Or if you`re aware that the images are fake and you`re still curious despite the fact that the images in these ads are fake?
