I've re-checked my posts and I can't find where I said only Canadians are classy?
Fair enough grusse, but this just reeks of jingoism

I recognize the talent of the nba, esp. Curry&James and I've watched some of the series.

just seems like the nba has more than its share of drama queens, think of "The Decision".

I remember when the Griz were here,it was a common occurrence for them to brush past kids who'd been waiting for autographs; arrogant p...ks who think their s..t doesn't stink,
when all many of them are is freaks of nature.

you seldom here about NHL guys refusing to sign.

were the griz ever involved in community events like Canucks and Lions?.

Basketball is a good game (has to be, was invented by a Canuck, lol) even tho' travelling is now an accepted part of it.

Cleveland hasn't had a champ since 1964, but at least they'll get to see a champ crowned tonight.(my fearless prediction)

my dictionary(Webster's) defines jingoism as "chauvinistic advocacy of an aggressive, warlike foreign policy"

I need some help in figuring out how my opinion of the nba "reeks" of the above phrase?

Don't knock Bouchard, her accomplishments already make a stellar career: She went on a hell of a run that inspired not just tennis fans, but sports fans everywhere. She won because of her focus, determination, and grit. She was in the zone.

2014 - Historic season highlighted by Grand Slam breakthroughs and Top 5 debut; after reaching first two Grand Slam Semi Finals at Australian Open (l. to Li) and Roland Garros (l. to Sharapova), reached first Grand Slam final at Wimbledon (l. to Kvitova - first Canadian, male or female, to reach a Grand Slam final); reached 4th round at US Open (l. to Makarova); best other results were first WTA title at Nürnberg (d. Ka.Pliskova in final), runner-up finish at Wuhan (l. to Kvitova in final),

At 20/21 it's natural she took her foot off the gas, and nobody else did, and we discovered how competitive tennis is at this level. She's fallen to the back of the pack, I think new coach etc, and maybe she comes back to the fore, maybe not. I wouldn't be surprised to see her come back. But maybe no longer can make the sacrifices that she made, probably since she was 5 years old.

And that's all I got to say about that. Let's move on.

I don't follow tennis much, but, from an athletic standpoint, she's young enough to get her game back.

I don't believe badger meant 100th place. I believe he meant Lucy was the 100th SP he saw.

Yes Sofine. I believe Badger was writing that Lucy was the 100th SP he's reviewed. He would never rate a lady like that. Badger is a gent.

Yes, they are special, all 100 of them

I am sure that while he is being serviced by #101...his mind is reflecting on the first 100

can we at least call a spade a spade...sweetie

I am fascinated by your chemistry degree, please elaborate, what, where and when
