The cops around here have bigger fish to fry than a few ladies who are consenting. So far as I know (and I may not have all my facts straight on this) but in Victoria, its okay as long as you keep your phones seperate from your working place. Keeping a different office for reception, in other words. Not too many of us ladies pose a real threat to society. Mostly they go after the street walkers, the ones who are more there in society's eyes and who pose more of a concern for people one way or the other. We are consenting, you are consenting, its kept private and discreet... the cops don't bug us unless they need to. That said, there are certain circumstances in which an escort agency would be considered illegal, and again I am not 100% on this as I am not an officer of the law (but if I was, oh the fun I would have with my handcuffs....). Drugs are more problematic in their eyes than some people exchanging money for a ladies time (or the lady who's taking the money). But in my experiences, the agencies in town keep things on the low down, they don't bother their neighbours, they don't look obvious. That's all the cops care about. Our safety as working girls, and not disturbing the peace around us. Other than that, we're all just out for a good time....
