I like the German model. I'm a little bit skeptical about just following the looks of some photos.

Any of you guys been to Prag.....?
Check out Showpark in Prague. You can purchase your cover online, works out to be about $5 CAD. When you enter, you can roam the halls, and peek into the rooms occupied by the girls. Each room is numbered, and if their door is closed, it means it's occupied. If not, then she's available. Take your time though - there are a lot of rooms. There is even a bar area where you can buy drinks and chill. In the bar area, there are computers you can use to look up the different girls that are on site, their stats (age, favourite positions, favourite movies, etc), and it even maps out how to find their room. Pretty cool place. There are two Showparks in Prague.
FKK in Germany is great, too. I've only been to Artemis in Berlin. And what an experience that was! The admission is €80, but you get full access to all amenities - buffet, pool, sauna, movie theatre, gym. The place is like a mansion. There are three levels, and girls to suite every taste. Young, old, skinny, fat, German, Russian, Black, Romanian. Although I didn't see any Asians. Patrons were from all walks of life. Americans, Japanese, old guys, young guys, executives, etc. All girls charge the same basic price of €60, and extras can be negotiated or upsold. Drinks are super expensive. I had the best time of my life at Artemis. I must have counted 80 girls (Friday night), and I'm not exaggerating. Girls everywhere! They approach fast and often, so take your time to scope out the compound and familiarize yourself. Walk around, grab a drink, talk to the guys at the bar, and make sure to check out as many girls as you can before you make your first selection.
Vienna, Austria is pretty cool too. Tons of indys working out of "Studio" apartments. You can find most of these studios from the street throughout the city, because they're simply named Studio "XX", where the XX are numbers. You can always cross reference the studios online to find reviews. I was only in Vienna for a couple nights, but had a great experience. I would love to explore Vienna a little more next time.
