As far as agencies go I don’t know of any that are within the lower mainland between the two places you’re looking, except for @CocoCollective but their incall in fleetwood is not close to the highway.
Id recommend Bailey 8536 (check my review). Her incall is in Langley Willoughby but it’s street parking. Might have to drive away a block or two to find space but across from her place is a plaza with a superstore or whatever. Might be a good spot there and literally seconds away from her place too.

Otherwise if you’re willing to take a 25-30 min detour @CocoCollective has a wonderful incall in Brentwood just past Kensington exit. It’s a high rise but street parking nearby or the mall a few blocks away has plenty of open parking space.
