E&R memories
Yep...More DNA splashed around there than at the National Research Council in Ottawa....2 big memories of E & R
1) Everytime I drive or walk by a Col. Sanders chicken shack, the smell still reminds me of E&R. No they didn't serve hot wings there, but every time I turned off Douglas onto Speed St., that smell of frying chicken hits you four square
2) Truth be told I once donated a bath mat for their communal bathtub/shower.
This because everytime I'd step in there for a wash off by my attendee, Cat, or Heather from Shawnigan (or whoever else) ..as soon as the water hit you, the baby oil they'd use would slide off and form a dangerous slick at your feet.
More than once I was saved from "doing a header" by a gorgeous, strong, vigilant yet compassionate masseuse.
So it was either the bathmat or come back with a hockey stick and my goalie pads
