Escalating SP rates. Worth it or not? Blah, blah, blah

To bring everybody up to speed, after several years of 15 minute sessions and breaking sessions down not only by time but by type, I feel I have now reached a point in my SP career where I can branch out into an area not often ventured but always desired. I have, for a few weeks now, increased my rates accordingly to reflect the demographic I'm targetting all the while not ignoring the people who have put me in this elevated stature.

$600-$700 for the first hour is a lot of money to part with for pussy but so is $60 to get your rocks off by hand from a nude woman in 15 minutes. For my own sake I just want to be able to offer services to a demographic that doesn't have to save up to have a visit with me.

I just crave to be something different in an overloaded, saturated talent pool besides I've run out of gimmicks. What's the big deal? It's not like me to give up on PERB members, membership does have its' privileges...

I just finished reading your post and am a bit alarmed by your new rates. $600-$700 per hour seems a bit ridiculous though. I can understand that you want to target a specific demographic and you have every right to choose your company. However, the same goes for me and my fellow perbites. I just feel that by one SP raising their rates, the remainder tend to follow. It seems that only a couple years ago, the going rate for a high class SP was between $250-$300 which was totally fine as your paying for that extra service and looks. But now, having to pay $600-$700 “to get your rocks off” seems ridiculous.

I have visited you in the past CLM and have had an enjoyable time with you. Since, I have spent time with numerous other SP’s from our city and have found them to provide a service either on par or better than your services. Everyone has their own tastes, and it is equally right for you to select your company as it is for us to select ours. For me to visit you again, those porn flicks you have during your session better be played on a gold plated 72 inch plasma screen ......

Please do not get me wrong Stephanie, I am just writing as I find it ridiculous that by you raising your rates, the rates of others will increase as well. It’s just like gas these days, when one station jacks up the price to a buck fifty, so do the surrounding stations as well.

Recently I have come to the decision to stop my pooning in Vancouver and travel to other destinations like Victorai, Toronto, and Montreal to visit the girls out there. To many of you, you may find this just as ridiculous as Stephanie jacking up her prices. But why not spend a few hundred dollars more to go to a different city, see some different girls who charge a fair rate, and have a way better time than going to False Creek. Mainly, this is my way of boycotting these inflating escort rates ......

And Stephanie, not everyone who dosen’t have to save up their money to see you will choose to visit you as Vancouver has so many great girls to see instead. Even, those guys may just choose to follow in my foot step and visit places like Victoria, Toronto, or Montreal ......

Here in Toronto rates seem to be going down and all the business is going towards the ladies on craigslist. It is hard to keep up with, sink or swim as they say. I guess the same applies to what is going on out west there.

It seems as if every asian girl these days is charging $60-$80 "all inclusive" and any one out of this norm falls in to the category of "expensive and selfish" (as put to me in one email from a potential client). Thus to keep up I have lowered my rates.

I am not sure if this thread will serve any purpose.

Boards overall seem to be targeted towards more price conscious demographics. It is also natural for people to be selfish and want the best for themselves. Men with limited resources and an interest in variety would always prefer lower rates. For a woman in this business, obviously the higher rates, the less number fo clients - the more time and energy left for other pursuits while maintaining a high income. It's obvious that both parties may find a market equilibrium, but their goals are likely to differ. There are few clients who genuinely want to support you, as opposed to getting the best value. But they are just few, and this, I think, is natural, and human, and to be expected.

In other words, I don't think that this thread will add anything new and constructive.

In my experience, it was upping the minimum amount of time, as opposed to the hourly rate, that gave me the demographics and the kind of experiences that I prefer. And having been at both a 2-hour minimum and a 3-hour minimum, I am really liking the 2 as it gives me exposure to younger busier professionals who did not have the time or resources to see me before.

But on the other hand, Vancouver and Calgary are different. Vancouver can support a high-rate courtesan model: I've seen the examples of such success. But not a single one of them, save for Classy Angel, had a board presence - at least that I know of.

If you believe that the service your offering will make a difference to the people that seek the finer things in life then by all means go for it. Only you can decide what makes you happy. If you don't take risks in life then you'll never get ahead.

If you can succeed by targeting a certain lifestyle indicator which is never affected by economic downturns then you'll have no high and low seasons. Just one piece of advice if you want to target the type of individuals that carry the black or platinum American Express Card, wears Brioni suits and Blancpain watches, drinks Cristal, reads the Wall Street Journal, and climbs the Mont Blanc - " If you want to catch fish, then go where they feed ".

I've NEVER had an $80 FS rate or an $80 foreplay visit in the 5 years of working. Way to spot yourself out as a FAKE pooner!!!
