A couple of posts already on this. The newly designed ErsList site will be up and running soon and if you haven’t already seen it, I encourage you to try out the `test’ option offered on their home page.

Had to check it out for myself and definitely agree as to how much easier it will be for all of us in our future SP choices. Have to give Nik and his crew a heap of credit for this better than ever, most user friendly layout. Filtering takes less than a minute and works wonders. No more multiple Asian ads (most of them fake ) raining down every 3 or 4 seconds constantly jamming their way onto page one. Bloody frustrating so that’s a huge bonus. A couple of clicks and I can actually customise my search and finally eliminate those annoying micro ads.

Pick your location, ethnic choice, age range, price range, incall/ outcall, and so on. I expect there will be some minor design changes along the way, but for the moment,..it’s great.

A couple of things I’d like to see `tweaked’. The + EXPAND feature should either be in bold or maybe in colour. It’s very faint. Almost invisible here. Another suggestion I might make is the GO BUTTON at the top of the page. Maybe a second button at the bottom of the page so when I’ve finished my filtering, it’s right there and I don’t have to scroll back to the top. Little things I know but overall, I love it. Way easier.

Like I said, a ton of credit and thanks to Nik and his crew for doing this.

i've got a similar suggestion for perb. it gets rather tedious and time consuming to have to scroll all the way back up the page to click on the 'page trail' or whatever you call those links that you use to return to a previous location in the page hierarchy. put one at the bottom of the page too so a person cal read the last (most recent in my settings) post then return to the page in the hierarchy that you want without having to scroll up the page to do it

i know it can be done because other v-bulletin sites that i frequent have it :)

v-bulletin software is created by lazy uneducated php programmers, that's why it sucks.

Too slow. Pics too small. Too long a reload after back arrow. Needs work.

After being on the site all morning and trying to explain it to others, the highlighted comment definitely needs to be implemented.

Otherwise it is great and easy to use! Ladies, there is a resources tab at the bottom where you can use the Photo Editor. I noticed that after I resized my pics elsewhere, so thanks Nik for including that!!!

You know when site's try to be too fancy to keep up to date for the sake of it..and they lose their user base to a competitor. Well that would have been the case if there was a competitor,

Terrible, the original platform was just fine & those new search/parameter functions could have just been added to it.

I dunno if its just me, but i don't see anything other than small thumbnail pics (which can't be expanded, which is stupid!)and a phone number when i look at any ad, no wording, no "ad" persay.....kinda useless for me at this point

edit: i use Firefox as my default browser, checked it on Internet Exploder, ad actually shows up...go figure, prob won't be using ers much until that changes

While the search functions are improved, the hourly rate idea is not so good, as session times often are other than one hour.
There should be a range for 30 minutes and for 45 minutes with their respective rates.

I find the screens to be quite unattractive.

Advertisers certainly will notice the 100% jump in ad costs. No to mention the loss of the free ads they also may have had on different accounts.

You need to turn off adblock or disable it for ers.com...

I think all websites should learn from Craigslist.

When you already have an established user base, you don't made radical changes. You make minor changes here and there, but you have the main look the same.

Also lacking is that when you click on an ad there's no additional info like before, only pics and a number.

it works and looks fine on my laptop - internet explorer

just like the old erslist except fancier pages plus improved search

i think if your comments are going to be helpful you need to specify what you're trying to run it on

Yes agreed

Did you scroll all the way down? The actual word ads are about half way down the page.:)

Thanks, for some reason the description caption does not show up on firefox. I used chrome and it works fine.
