Good to hear that you got her personality test out of the way early!
I thought that the crawl through the trunk route should have been worthy of at least a high-five...
To compare:
A few years back I met a visiting young Swiss woman while I was taking some pics on Whistler mountain. We hit it off, and later (insert ulterior motives here) gave her a quick local tour (Vanc-Whistler-Pemberton-Lillouet-Hope-Vanc) in my recently re-built 4x4, since she was too young to rent a car. Unfortunately the climb up to Duffy Lake set off some over-heat engine protection circuits in the "new" Chevy engine I had put in my Dodge. I apologized profusely, and offered to go with her and hitch a ride back to Whistler, and pay for her bus ride back to Vanc. She laughed it off, and said it was a normal problem on her father's car on the hills near Verbier, and was content to wait for it to cool. I wasn't, time was tight, so I collected water a few times from a stream nearby and poured it over the intake manifold until it cooled enough to start again. Again, I offered an immediate return, but again she laughed it off, and so on we went. She really wanted to see the interior desert near Lillouet.
Very, very nice person, easy to be with. She took lots of pics of the truck, the engine (!?), and the scenery, and then started jumping around through the tunes on the truck system USB, and was singing along for hours. We had a blast, then she went back to Switzerland to finish her University degree, and last text I got she had just delivered a baby girl an hour earlier (Not me. it was 1.5 years after she had gone back)...
