Although I prefer natural breasts, I have known a few women whoi have really benefited from implants. Some women have naturally very soft breast tissue. For these women, a reasonably sized implant may make their breasts perkier. This may boost their self-esteme enough to make them more interesting companions. Natural is always better. I have seen some enhanced ones that were still nice to play with (an example would be Karma Cums). All in all though, I prefer to play with natural ones. Better they are small and natural than big and fake.

I understand the desire for enhanced breasts if a woman is endowed with uneven sizes or extremely small breasts, but try to stay proportional. 44DDs are a warning sign to me to stay away.
