How do you men and women feel about them? I, personally, am turned off by enhanced breasts; in fact, so much so that I generally refuse to see an SP who has had them enhanced. They simply do not feel natural, often hard at the core and not comfortably squeezable. And this brings me to a second question: Do any SPs who have enhanced breasts regret having allowed themselves to undergoe this operation and what appears to be a radical change in their respective bodies?

If they are done right and not to big for the women. I love them. I still love hand held ones the most!
I was seriously considering them for a while, even went for a few consultations. When I told a few of my regulars they begged me not to. So for now I’ve decided to rock them au natural, but haven’t completely ruled it out as I get older.
That's funny, for this is one occupation in which "enhanced breasts" really could be seen as a means through which to "enhance" one's success. I, personally, am turned-off by enhanced breasts as well, and while I could easily maintain a dating stance of not dating anyone with enhanced breasts it doesn't make as much sense to do so where the world's oldest profession is concerned.
Of much greater concern about "enhanced breasts" than the physical details you covered is that they permanently (*for the most part) label their wearer as someone who just doesn't have the right sense of herself. Now obviously you can endure an hour or two with a working girl who doesn't have the right sense of herself more easily than you can endure a decade or two with a mate who doesn't have the right sense of herself. Besides, when dealing with working girls you absolutely must have some appreciation for the fact that a woman needs/wants to market herself so as to appeal to as many men as possible. (**whether that includes you, and me, vs. the millions of others, isn't so important)
It is factual reality that women with larger breasts get more sexual attention (perhaps sad to say) (wanted or unwanted) and I really don't knock a woman who is in the business of prostitution for more than a short time for going under the knife to have her breasts enhanced. NOT that I recommend such a move. A night at the average strip club these days leaves me skeeved by the overwhelming percentages of women who have opted for breast enhancement. The upside of this is that those there who are still natural are made to look even hotter by the contrasts!
Now I tend to lean toward other, more natural girls, (both for dating and with prostitutes) and it isn't exactly because of the texture or feel of those breasts, but I reluctantly admit that enhanced breasts have their place and their audience in the world's oldest profession.
A working girl I enjoyed thoroughly had fake breasts and while they threw much of her beauty out of proportion (unbeknownst to her), she was still quite the remarkable company for a few hours every month despite those rock-like breasts beneath nipples and areolas that were lust-inducing.
A good set of implants should feel exactly like breast tissue. It's the bad ones that can be really really bad.
I know of several Vancouver escorts who advertise as 'all natural', and nobody has ever questioned that because it was quality work.
I'm very open about the fact that I'm enhanced ~ but my current implants are completely indistinguishable from my own tissue. So much so that my doctor is not able to figure out where they are when I get my breast exam. They blend together seamlessly. There is no scar at all, and they feel just like youthful breasts do ~ soft and pliable, with a slightly toned feel ~ but about as far away from 'hard' as you can get.
That wasn't always the case. I originally had saline, and they were definitely hard. Not like the crazy water balloon look that the really bad jobs can be, but it was obvious that they were augmented. There was a definitive difference between how my tissue felt, and the implant felt. And they rippled on the sides when I bent over. They still looked great standing up or lying down, but they didn't feel natural.
The silicone is a much more natural feel, and the texture is a perfect match for my body.
So, I don't think it is necessarily a clear cut case of 'they are good or they are bad'. If you find a great surgeon, get a good size and material for your body, and have them placed in the manner best for your personal situation, they can and should be completely indistinguishable in touch from what you already have.

I would say I prefer natural however I really don't care that much!!! To each their own. It's like saying I prefer brunettes but hey I need blondes and red heads thrown in there too!

Some SP's have had in my experience an uncomfortable sensitivity when their breasts are touched, especially on the sides if they were cupped in my hands. Minor but I still remember the incident.

I think the nipples makes the breasts, so having said that, I guess I am a nipple man. Size makes no difference to me, although I do agree breast augmentation does have it's benefits in a case of restructure, repair and any other medical implications or difficulties.
A cousin of mine who breast fed her babies was very happy when her breasts were filled with milk, but the damage caused by motherhood can be quite dramatic and in her case breast repair was something she had done after she raised her babies.

Overall, I'd have to say I prefer natural but that's because there are so many bad boob-jobs out there! I'm all about shape and feel and a good enhancement looks and feels good IMO. That said, a lot of ladies "go big" and end up with boobs that look like water balloons. (Yuck!)
If you're going to get them enhanced: 1) Do your homework! Find a surgeon with a proven track-record. 2) Don't go overboard!

Not completely true. Have experienced a few whose enhanced breasts were truly wonderful.
The infamous "Pamela", long since retired, from Penthouse, and Niki Valhalla both rival any naturals that I've come across (figuratively and literally
).Daisy Dreams is another example - not quite as indistinuishable from real as the other two, but hers are spectacular.
Having said all this, a poorly done boob job is just about the biggest turn-off there is for me. Aside from being functionally irrelevant, it just looks mutated.
And THE most spectacular boobs I've experienced belong to a lady from the 'other board' - and they are gloriously real.
