Curious to know, how do people here balance working and seeing SPs? Do you give yourself an hour or two before your appointment so you can get home and shower beforehand? How does one typically schedule around these things?

I am showered before and then only do a rinse when I’m there . And I shower after at a gym I have .
I don’t trust the shower products at any SP location . The 1% chance some doofus tampered with it or had grubby fingers/ didn’t clean it properly is high enough for me to be cautious .
