email down

hi fellow perberts,
im having problem checking my email on hotmail.it was working fine but i just tried to check my email messages and it says something about i have no javascript support.can any body help PLEASE it would be wll appreciated

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Under Tools Menu, Internet Options go to the Advanced tab
3. Scroll down to Java Console option and make sure the 2 Java options and JIT option all have a check mark.
4. Click Apply at the bottom and close.
5. Quit all applications and reboot.
