You would think that she tried to diffuse the.situation as best she could. I mean the guy had pictures on his phone, and probably some graphic messages.

What did you want her to hang up and send the lady into a mad rage?!?!

Yes.

Her responsibility and concern should be for the client, not whether or not an SO goes into a mad rage. What of the client? What if he flies into a mad rage due to the sp's actions? What is worse? An SO on a phone call flying into a mad rage (of which the sp doesn't know, since she is not talking to the SO) or a client, who knows where the sp works, lives, and what they do?

I had a similar experience to happen to me, but instead i chose to remain silent. In this business the discretion of our clients should be of our utmost priority. When his wife txt me telling me to stay away from her husband i txt back saying, i'm sorry I think you have the wrong number. She then apologized and left me alone, it is none of my business what goes on between a client and his significant other i'd rather stay out of it altogether. It alleviates any stress or tension that mite result, who knows this woman could have easily found out my real name, address etc. just by having my number, therefore why would i put myself at risk as well as my client?

Just my take on a similar situation.

I think you guys need to ensure that future providers up for this distinguished title are actually going to fullfill the role and lead by example. Client/Provider confidentiality should be a no brainer for someone that is really "The best in Edmonton" or anywhere for that matter.

It was kind of a meaningless award anyways. So she won some poll, it don't mean shit.

lol, are you serious? A screening process for an internet poll? I think I got some A&W coupons, if we strip the "crown" off Jessica, I donate my coupons to the new title holder as her official prize.

To the right
Try & keep a grasp on the realistic expectations of human powers of perception.
Fair enough, but I think it is reasonable to say she has to be stripped of her title, hell she aint even in the top 10 now!

She may very well be the 'WORST' SP in the city now, and would certainly get my vote for that award.

And I'm starting to believe Markl's theory that the contest was rigged.

OK this thread is kind of wastefull....yeah it has a valid point about the violation of client confidentiallity....something that is a given and expected.

In a laughable sense you guys have swallowed the lure...hook/line/sinker if you bought into the whole story of the gal outing a client...did she do it?....I dont know......did it actually happen?.....I dont know....the whole other thread has fed on and on with all sorts of reactions from all sides....but did it happen?.....did it actually happen?....has 1 member who was the supposed guy chime in on that thread speak up?....nope....no word from him at all....not a single word....seems kind of strange to me....I know if I had an SP out me to my SO I would be ringing louder than HELLS BELLS.

That is just me though.

So... Only the dead can be considered for Top Provider since "dead (wo)men tell no tales"? How exactly are we to screen out people based on their future actions? As I understand it, the competition was heald, a winner proclaimed, a subequent celebation was held, grumblers sniped at the winner & said woulda, shoulda, coulda about favorites that made the list but lost or didn't make the list at all, etc., etc., etc. Then, weeks later, this situation occurred.

Try & keep a grasp on the realistic expectations of human powers of perception.

I am guessing that "tounge in cheek" comments are not appreciated in here........LOL. I will try and retain my grasp PG, and I will throw in some coupons from McD's along with MB's A&W ones.....

Not a problem with tongue in cheek comments. That's what the smileys are for, particularly  & :p. Without a bit of context enhancement & the occasional <LOL> or <NOT> subtleties are lost & one is left with fairly unambiguous text... :( But if a humorous aside was your aim, Hey, go for it. :)
Point taken.......

Well with what happen with Jessica/her client/and the wife. This is a perfect example. Why I only see sp ladies when I'm single. I don't like to carry that baggage or potential gun powder to the table. I'm not trying to come off as above anybody. Just saying these are the situations where it really causes a lot of stress, heartache and problems. I know one of my regular lady's I just saw we ended up exchanging phone numbers for the first time and she was like should I text? Worrying that I was married or she would get some girlfriend/wife on the other end. It sounded like she's had some interesting conversations on the phone with gf's/wives in the past.

Here
It was the methodman who first suggested Jessica and Co. were rigging it. Jessica denied it to me.

The Truth--> Jessica and her """friends""" (ie btbf) were voting for her under multiple handles.

You should all listen to the methodman more often. I have been on the money in regards to dood and other shit that i can not even remember. it is something like methodman 5 Perb 1

i will enlighten you
I never denied it was rigged. I just didn't care enough to make a big deal about it. We all have our own favourites and I thought she could have her moment in the sun.... To bad she wants to burn us all with it!

Jessica just made a mistake, it happens. The bigger mistake was the clients. The victim is the family/spouse.
Really not a great situation to be in. I kinda feel for all parties in a way. Hope it all just blows over.

SP 101, Deny everything when called on your phone by a spouse.

WOW, I actually agree with Markl. Might have to mark this day on the calendar.

My opinion, that is part of what the $$$ is about, to have the security to know that should if I were a dumbass and did not cover my tracks that everything would be denied, always.

I am sure that this has been a huge lesson for JPR and I hope that it would not happen again.
